Hanzo is Hiring!!
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!
- Part Time (Monday - Thursday)
- Answering a high volume of phone calls, emails and texts
- Customer & Sales Rep Support
- Bilingual a plus but not a requirement
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications
- Excellent phone skills
- Organizational skills
- Punctuality! Be a little early.
- Honesty
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
